Assistant Coach

Becca has been a group fitness instructor in the Fox Valley for nearly five years and holds several group fitness certifications. Having worked alongside him, she’d seen what he could do. “He made modifications to my training and he had a plan to increase strength and help with my rehabilitation.” Becca said she wanted to feel good, and that’s exactly what happened by training with Coach Brown. As a result of this training, she lost 15 pounds and significantly improved her strength and mobility.

Becca has experience teaching water exercise, step, strength and resistance, and other popular group fitness classes. Becca is working towards her American College of Sports Medicine (ASCM) personal trainer certification and her Master’s in Sport/Exercise Psychology.
